FLU: What is your favorite shoe to perform in on stage?
A: On stage is about the only time I can successfully rock some high heels!
FLU: What were the first pair of shoes you bought with your own money?
A: A pair of simple white Nike sneakers.
FLU: If you could design your own shoe, what features would it have?
A: Comfort. Simplicity. Durability. Fresh Design.
FLU: What are your favorite sneakers to go out in?
A: My Hi-Top Converse.
FLU: If you could only wear one pair of sneakers for the rest of your
life, what pair of shoes would that be?
A: My favorite sneakers! my Chucks.
FLU: If you can buy your significant other a pair of kicks, what pair
would they be?
A: Air force one’s
FLU: Tell us about the making of your latest video?
A: My latest video, “Believe”, was just really about being comfortable and getting personal with the audience. The video features shots taking through out my day: hanging out, at the studio, getting some sushi, backstage at a concert, and then on stage. It was really about taking artistic shots and showing the beauty in the most simple things. FLU: What is your favorite song on the album is and why it means the most to you?
A: I can’t say I have a favorite. There are some banger, head bopping songs that feel good, and then there are some banger, head bopping songs that make you think! “In My Lifetime” means alot to me. It’s one of my favorite songs to perform live. Very personal to me.
FLU: What activities do you do while on tour to stay fit to perform?
A: I try to eat healthy, which can be difficult on the road. I try to go on excursions where ever we go, do some sight seeing, lots of walking! That keeps our mind and our bodies fit.
