Nike Air Max 90 blk/red

Friday, February 27th, 2009

For nineteen years we’ve seen mass amounts of styles and colors of the Air Max 90, but there’s never a disappointment. Swing by your local Foot Locker in April to cop a pair of this red/blk colorway, another one to look forward to. Similar to the gry/grn Max 90, the gradient below the collar stands out. The upper and toe box are predominantly black, with a red swoosh and outsole, and a white/red midsole. Additionally, the toebox and collar provide breathability with an unusual mesh material. Hit up the gallery for a better look.

Nike Terra Humara Considered gry/yel

Thursday, February 26th, 2009

Each day, more people and businesses are becoming environmentally conscious. The Terra Humara Considered, available at Foot Locker in the month of May, is an environmentally friendly shoe that is part of the movement. The Nike Considered line uses recycled materials, while eliminating environmentally harmful ones through techniques such as stitching instead of using toxic glue attachments. One person does make a difference, so start by purchasing a pair of environmentally friendly sneakers. Not only is the gry/yel color-up appealing, but the overall shoe has an extremely unique look. Several weeks ago, the April release of the gry/orng/roy colorway was mentioned but here’s another option, which may be worth waiting an extra month. For more shots, swing by the gallery.

    Air Jordan I Retro pewter

    Wednesday, February 18th, 2009

The Air Jordan I is at House of Hoops in limited pairs in this silver foil (pewter) colorway. I like the shine, and it’s a lot more subtle than gold foil. If you’re around Chi-town, NY or LA check them before they’re gone. Chicago’s House of Hoops got them this Saturday so if you missed them on release day they’re there now.
