G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra Pack, Storm Shadow at House of Hoops

If you were up on the Transformers Pack that released earlier in July, we’ve got more good news. A second House of Hoops exclusive blockbuster themed shoe release is hitting in August. This time it’s for the new “G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra” movie (which looks sick by the way). Take a peak at the Storm Shadow Sharkalaid, one of three shoes in the pack scheduled to hit mid-August. Exact release date is yet to be confirmed, more shots after the jump.

[...] Hot on the heels of the super-cool Nike x Transformers 2 pack, Nike will also be releasing another three pack of kicks inspired by another classic 80’s cartoon turned summer blockbuster. You may have already seen our preview of the Cobra Commander Alpholution and now we get a look at another installment of the collection. The deadly white-suited Cobra ninja, Storm Shadow, will be the inspiration for the second shoe in the pack, a mostly White Zoom Sharkalaid with some minimal Black and Red accents and a clear outsole. Like the Cobra Commander Alpholution, these kicks feature the Cobra insignia on the tongue and a Swoosh x Cobra logo on the insoles. These are expected to drop some time in August to coincide with the release of the G.I. Joe movie and will of course be packaged in a retro-looking G.I. [...] Nike intends to make all of our child hood dreams come true this year by releasing kicks on all of our favorite toys. First they gave us a few Transformers remakes and now G.I. Joe gets the same treatment. In honor of the film G.I. Joe: Rise of the Cobra they will be releasing a Nike Zoom Sharkalaid inspired by Storm Shadow. The snow white leatehr upper has a grey sole and black/red cross straps. Peep the cool Cobra accents like the imprint on the insole that lets you know this shoe is all evil.
