Spring of 2010 will bring a bunch of new colors for the Nike Hyperdunk Low, including this cool grey/white planned to arrive at Foot Locker in Feb/March.
Originally a high top shoe, the Hyperdunk is moving with the Kobe-driven trend towards low-cut basketball shoes. The Zoom Kobe IV was a major leap of faith in ’09, and its success helped disrupt the belief that a higher collar is necessary to protect against sprained ankles. Now players are starting to opt for a lower lighter shoe, which has its own advantages for speed and quickness.
This Hyperdunk Low has a cool-grey suede upper, with a grey speckled midsole. The white flywire window appears on the lateral side, while the medial side is perforated grey suede. For more detailed shots check the Gallery.
