This Air Jordan Six Rings in Metallic Silver/Light Graphite will hit Foot Locker stores and footlocker.com on Saturday, September 18th. At first glance it looks like a simple all-grey joint, but add a little flash and you get an extra surprise…

The upper is completely covered in reflective 3M. It’s a similar treatment to the Air Jordan Silver Anniversary II, except much more extensive. Shout out to Wil in Harlem for debuting the 3M reveal shots on the KD2.

The Six Rings is a relatively new Jordan Brand mash-up, first arriving in classic Black/Red the summer of 2008. It combines features from the shoes that MJ wore on his way to winning six NBA championships: Air Jordan VI, VII, VIII, XI, XII, XIII and XIV. If you’re wondering why that’s 7 shoes and 6 championships, it’s because MJ broke out the XIV for two games in the ’98 Finals, despite wearing the XIII all season long. The XIV ended up being the last Jordan model he wore on court.
