In this series we take a dive into our extensive sample closet to pull out some long lost favorites that once graced the shelves of Foot Locker stores. Anyone have a pair of OG Air Jordan X’s from 1994?

The sample pictured here is 17 years old (driving age in most states, can’t quite vote), from the original release of the Air Jordan X Black/Dark Shadow/True Red. Similar retroes, like the Black/White in 2005 and Black/True Red/Dark Charcoal in 2008 have come through, but nothing has captured this original color. It’s a great mix of black leather and dark suede, which gives even more pop to the True Red Jumpman on the heel. The X is known for being the first shoe Michael Jordan strapped on when he returned to the league after a brief retirement pursuing a baseball career. If anyone’s still holding this classic, hit us up in the comments below, Facebook or Twitter.
