Foam heads can start celebrating the holiday weekend early with this drop, the second brightly colored Foamposite Pro to hit in 2011 (Electric Green dropped back in March). The Foamposite Pro is slightly different from the Foamposite One, sporting a Swoosh embedded in the upper. The unique upper material is created from injection molded foam, first made famous on the Royal Foamposite One that Penny Hardaway debuted in 1997. Since then, the foam material has been repurposed on other models like the 1/2 Cent, and even Air Jordan 1.
