To celebrate the 15th anniversary of its release the Retro XIII has made a comeback of sorts this year. We already say the “Bred” release last month and today we have the pleasure of presenting you with the release of the Jordan Retro XIII “Squadron Blue.” Squadron Blue, as the name would suggest, dominates this release from the tumbled leather toe box to the tethered 3M side panels and suede heel and midsole. Electric yellow accents against the blue work magic taking care of the Jumpman on the tongue and lining behind it. Electric yellow also appears on the outsole taht is barely visible when the shoe is on the ground and extremely eye catching when you can see the entire paw-inspired sole. As all XIII’s include the holographic ankle branding resembles the eye of a jungle cat.
The Jordan Retro XIII “Squadron Blue” releases today, February 9, at Foot Locker, House of Hoops by Foot Locker, and online at Footlocker.com. The pair retails for $170 and is also available in kids infant, pre, and grade school sizes.
