The Under Armour Spine Venom is the second edition of Under Armour’s ground breaking Spine technology that they have used on both running and basketball shoes. The upper is constructed of a “supportive foam “cage” [that] is cored out to remove all unnecessary weight.” Those cored out sections are topped with mesh to allow your foot to breath and stay cool while you’re running. The sole’s design and namesake of the shoe – the Spine – looks and acts like a human backbone, absorbing pressure in the middle and distributing it evenly around your foot.
