When the XX8 was first introduced, Spike Lee hosted the event and was a proud supporter of Jordan Brand’s newest innovation.  If the iconic “Do The Right Thing” color scheme ever returned, the latest flagship sneaker from Jordan Brand would surely grace its colors. The XX8 always pushes loud, daring designs and the latest “DTRT” colorway may be one of the most daring. The XX8 upper has an elephant-print like design with blue streaks over white. A red Jumpman is palced on the carbon fiber heel counter. A yellow speckled blue midsole sits on top of a rarely seen speckled rubber outsole. Rolled all the way up, you mainly see blue, white, yellow, and a little bit of red, but when you pull down the zipper, the lesser recognizable colors of the film “DTRT” appear. The green inner bootie is revealed with red laces and a red Jumpman. How will you wear your XX8?

The Air Jordan XX8 “Do The Right Thing” drops this Saturday, June 29th at  House of Hoops by Foot Locker, Foot Locker and Footlocker.com (starting at 8:00 a.m. EST) for $250. Check the Launch Locator to see which stores will have this release and check out more photos below.
