Over the past few months, Jordan brand has been introducing their new “Elements” Collection, where they’ve taken their most iconic designs and inspirations and mashed them together to give you a new breed of retro. We’ve seen the original Air Jordan 1 get an ’89 Retro 4 makeover and now the iconic 1 gets a ’95 Retro 11 makeover. First released were the iconic “Bred” and Concord” patterns and now one of the other most popular color schemes, the “Cool Grey,” takes centerstage. Taking it’s cues from the Air Jordan 11, there are numerous features incorporated into the classic Air Jordan 1 silhouette. Patent leather is featured across the entire toe box, while Cordura material takes care of the rest of the upper. Carbon fiber appears on the original Air Jordan wing logo on the ankle while the Greek letter Jumpman logo appears across the tongue. The shoe’s heel features the same stylized font “23″ that appears on the XIs.
The Air Jordan 1 Retro ’95 “Cool Grey” drops this Saturday, November 9th at House of Hoops by Foot Locker and Footlocker.com (starting at 8:00 a.m. EDT) for $130. Check the Launch Locator to see which stores will have these releases and let us know what you think of these new kicks in the comments.
