It’s been 20 years since Michael Jordan and his Chicago Bulls finished the first of their two three-peats in the 90s. In honor of that accomplishment, Jordan brand will be releasing a few Retro VIII models this year in the near future. But first, the Air Jordan 1 Retro ’93 “Bugs Bunny” will drop. Named after the OG Air Jordan VIII “Bugs Bunny” and the year it was originally released (1993), this release takes elements from that AJ VIII and incorporates them into the silhouette of the Air Jordan 1. These elements include the #23 at the top of the toe box, the fuzzy Air Jordan logo on the tongue, the ribbed design on the heel, and the artistic inner lining. The combination of the two Retros come together in a clean and classic look and prove just how versatile the original Air Jordan is.

The Air Jordan 1 Retro ’93 “Bugs Bunny” releases at House of Hoops by Foot Locker and online at (starting at 8:00 a.m. EST) on Saturday, April 6, for $130. This release will also be available in a full run of kids sizes; Grade School, Pre-School and Infant.
