In its return this year, the Nike Air Griffey Max 1 has been a huge hit. Foot Locker has already dropped three different colorways and back in March we told you that a fourth would drop later in the year in all black. Well here it is: the Air Griffey Max 1 in Black/Black is at Foot Locker stores and available online right now.
Bo Jackson’s signature cross-trainer returns in its essential OG color-way, classic Raiders silver and black, and in November this wht/gry/beet pictured below. Expect it to hit Foot Locker stores around 11/15.

The sneaker world is crazy for infrared, and here comes its close cousin. Watch out this fall, cuz Foot Locker will be dropping the smokin’ hot Air Max Griffey 1 in black/white and a red very similar to a popular AM90 color. If you’re excited about the March ‘09 release of the Air Griffey Max 1, get ready for more good news. Foot Locker is going to follow up with a vroyal/wht/blk/volt colorway in May ‘09. The colors get a little flashier as we edge toward summer, and I think this May release is my favorite. Enjoy, more shots in the gallery.
