Although he had to sit out this past weekend’s All Star Game due to injury, Kobe’s game should be coming on strong in the second half of the season, with the Lakers looking like the power-house in the West. **UPDATE: EARLY RELEASE AT HOUSE OF HOOPS LA ON 7/23**
The release date of the “home” colorway of the Zoom Kobe IV Finals MVP was bumped back. Now, the shoe Kobe wore on the way to his 4th NBA championship is scheduled to arrive at House of Hoops locations on Saturday, 7/25. The away color is still scheduled for an 8/5 drop.
Grant Ewing was the big winner of the “Young Jeezy Puts on for You and Your Crew” contest. He and ten of his friends were hooked up with an all-expense paid trip to NYC including: air transportation to/from NYC, a private limo to chauffeur them around the city, 2-night suite accomodations at the London Hotel, dinner at the hottest restaurants, 2 VIP tables at the hippest lounges- M2 and HOME, passes to Hot 97’s pre-concert party, a meet and greet with Young Jeezy, and of course they were all hooked up with the hottest gear from adidas and Foot Locker!
