So you peeped the kicks, but the sneakers weren’t the only stars to grace the floor of 30 Rock last Tuesday at Foot Locker’s annual On Our Feet fund-raising gala.  Athletes and celebrities alike, donning traditional black-tie attire while sporting their favorite athletic shoes mingled elbow to elbow with some of the giants of the footwear industry.  If you guessed that those polka dot Max 90’s belonged to Vince Carter, then you’ve got the idea…
